Boy, oh boy! Did Chef Paul have something special planned! Having our residents be a part of our family is not something we take for granted. Every now and then we like to surprise them to show our appreciation! The evening started with live entertainment and wine. After that residents were seated in the dining room where the serving staff announced what the special was for the evening. The lobster tails and beef tenderloin were both cooked to perfection! Dessert was a delicious home baked pie! I wonder what he has in store for next month??!
