On September 18 we had our very first Garage and Bake Sale! We have a program called the Living List where staff make wishes come true for our residents. One of our residents wishes was that the staff they love and adore so much would be able to make wishes of their own. This garage and bake sale was put on in the effort to raise funds to be able to make some of the staff members’ wishes come true – including sky diving and trips. All items that were sold were donated by staff members, residents and members of the community. The baked goods were part of a baking program for the residents leading up to the sale – lots of delicious goodies for everyone!
